Join our Zine Workshop with artist extraordinaire Sandra Jensen to discover how to tell a story with few words and some curated images. Learn the best tips and advice for creating publishable zines. Practical and inspirational, this will be a hands-on session making a collaborative group zine and exploring a range of formats to select the best option for your individual one.
The workshop costs $25 and includes morning tea. Registration required.
The Trust Waikato Building is on Little London Lane, off London Street, Hamilton. The Trust has a sizable carpark and there's lots of parking outside and close by.

Artist
Sandra Jensen is the managing and creative director of the Freelunch Street theatre as well as being a professional stilt walker and velocipede enthusiast, appearing in The Kiwi Cyclist’s Guide to Life (2017). She is the creator of Hamilton’s own Miss Cadaver Undead Beauty Pageant and was a one-time mayoral candidate as a bag lady. Sandra is also a commissioned artist for the Kotahitanga project via Creative Waikato in addition to being a social disruptor, zine enthusiast, face painter, costume maker, runner, mum and tattoo collector.
