Natalie photo.JPG

Thursday 14 August, 10:00am - 1:00pm

Rototuna Library, 30 North City Road

This workshop is now FULL.

Be guided through the process of making your own journal to take home with new pages and upcycled book covers from damaged library books. We will learn about different stitches to bind your pages together and create a new spine. This workshop has limited numbers so be sure to register to secure a place.

This event is in partnership with Hamilton City Libraries.

Librarian

Natalie is a creative at heart who loves to learn how to do anything and everything. She has worked for Hamilton City Libraries for almost five years, turning her hand to sewing, coding, zinemaking, bookbinding and much more. She particularly enjoys reusing things so they stay out of landfill for longer, so she can’t walk past discarded, damaged books!
